UPDATED VIDEO! Sunday morning Lance Armstrong will spin his pedals with a new team - a 3-man MTB relay team - at the 12 Hours of Snowmass. Who are they and who will they face?
Relative unknowns, Max Taam and Len Zanni, a couple of top cyclists in the Aspen area were asked by Lance Armstrong to race on the Livestrong team in a small endurance race in Snowmass, Colorado on Sunday. One might expect to have an easy race with Armstrong on your team, but once word got out about the seven time Tour champ's decision to race in Snowmass, others wanted to get a chance to race against the legend - and so came Dave Wiens, Mike Kloser and Jay Henry on Team Beaver Creek.
Last month, Wiens finished ahead of Armstrong in the Leadville 100 and now he wants to race again. Kloser and Henry are two Colorado mountain bike racers who each hold hefty endurance race resumes.
