Jeremiah Bishop (Trek/VW) won the national title at Mount Snow in a tactical
battle with the country's best short track racers. Barry Wicks (Kona) rode a
very smart race to finish second while Carl Decker (Giant) rode in third. Decker
narrowly beat Jeremy Horgan Kobelski (Gary Fisher/Subaru), and his team-mate
Adam Craig in a sprint finish.

the two-to-four foot (1 metre) range, as finalists for the ASP Grade-2
O’Neill U.S. Open Pro Junior pres. by Honda, the ASP Grade-2 S3
Supergirl Pro Junior, and the O’Neill U.S. Open of Longboarding pres.
by Honda were decided today, as well as the eight advancing trialists
who will receive entry into the ASP WQS 6-Star men’s event

six riders within a minute heading into the race's final week. The top

Yellow jersey passes to Schleck, Gerrans takes the stage
Australian Simon Gerrans took his first ever Tour stage win atop the
Italian climb of Prato Nevoso. The Credit Agricole rider was part of a
four man breakaway that went clear early in the stage and stayed clear
by four minutes at the finish line. Gerrans beat Egoi Martinez and
Danny Pate (Garmin-Chipotle) in a sprint, while Jose Luis Arrieta
(AG2R) came in 55 seconds behind.
