Frenchman Jimmy Casper (Agritubel) was named Saturday as the rider
who tested positive for glucocorticoids during the Tour de France, one
of seven riders to be found with the drug in his system but the only
one who did not carry a Therapeutic Use Exemption for the drug.

Boardmasters in association with Relentless today, claiming his maiden
ASP World Qualifying Series title in testing four to six foot (1.2 to 2
meter) waves at Fistral Beach after defeating Pablo Paulino (BRA) in a
100% Brazilian final.
